You will be working as part of a small Business Partner team reporting into senior management.
Your main duties will include:
Implementation of company HR projects
Providing support and advice to managers regarding employee issues, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management issues.
Training and development of staff
You must be of a degree calibre and hold a CIPD qualification
