My client is searching for a proven HR Interim Manager to start as soon as possible to lead the HR agenda across a Retail Head Office environment. You will lead, develop and motivate the current HR team. Retail experience within a HO environment is highly desirable, as is professional services experience. This is a true generalist role covering business engagement around: employee relations, performance management, succession planning, change management facilitation, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. You will have imbedded HR centres of excellence to partner is realising the people agenda. In depth union experience is not essential, however you must be proven in challenging the line, and consulting on business change through internal colleague forums.
