If you like to be on the move, managing a busy case load within one of the funkiest brands in retail - you may have found your match! As a key member of the retail management team you will influence the business and HR decisions by developing an HR plan to contribute to the business productivity and plans for change.
As an operational HR partner you will advise business leaders on all sensitive people issues, analyse HR metrics to monitor and manage all people related key performance indicators and drive this initiative and way of working to your client group. You will identify skill gaps, plan resource and manage talent and succession planning. As the key influencer you will shape and change an agenda including organisational and structural changes throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, operational and have a strong understanding of organisational change. This is an excellent opportunity to have autonomy in a role, have a mix of home based and road working conditions and work for a well respected and successful organisation. Previous experience in a multisite retail or similar organisation is key. One role will cover East and one West Midlands and surrounding areas.
