Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner
Salary: c£60,000 - c£65,0000 + Excellent Bens

The Background
Pan European, blue chip manufacturer is going from strength to strength and is currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide specialist support and assist with the delivery of HR services across the organisation at 4 sites throughout the Midlands. The successful candidate will provide a commercially focused and professional HR service and work with the Site HR Business Partners and business units to achieve agreed strategic and financial targets.
The Role
To facilitate the implementation of the business HR strategy across the region you will support local business priorities ensuring that the HR function adds value within the business and remain focused on the overall business goals and directions.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive operational & strategic HR service, whilst driving and improving performance across the business. You will act as an agent for change, managing and facilitating key site initiatives and improvement projects, both HR and business led.
You will be required support and coordinate the development and execution of HR projects across the business.
The role will also incorporate aspects of the following;
Ensuring change management activity is carried out to the business standard
Design and implement employee relations strategy
Talent management within scope of Supply Chain
The Person
Of graduate calibre with extensive HR experience ideally gained within a large complex organisaton operating in a shared service envrionment. Candidates will have cross business unit and cross-functional experience encompassing a broad knowledge of generalist HR issues and the management of change management initiatives. Knowledge of continuous & process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
Candidates must be confident communicators adept at gaining credibility and developing effective relationships quickly. With proven experience of working with the stakeholders and providing a true business partner approach you will be seeking a new role within this leading organisation experiencing a considerable amount of change.
