Job Title:Interim HR Business Partner
Location: Essex
Salary:£225 - £250 per day – 8 week contract (Temp to perm)

Background
A market-leading blue chip organisation with over 10,000 employees worldwide is currently seeking to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner.
The Role
The HR BP will work closely with the VP of the business segment and with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver the people plan and strategies aligned to business strategies and objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include –
Supporting recruitment activities.
Supporting and contributing to resource management plans developed by Engineering/Project Managers in the business.
Working with business segment Engineering Managers to identify future business capabilities and develop a local HR action plan to support the demands of the respective business elements.
Supporting the management teams in organisational design structure(s)
Advising on Employee Relation/Discipline and grievance issues.
Leading the “Talent Management” activities in your business areas.
The Person
Proven experience in a HR BP/Advisor/Manager role is essential.
Successfully developed and delivered people plans aligned to business objectives.
Commercially aware and proven track record in delivering proactive value added HR services.
Excellent communicator with strong relationship building and influencing skills at senior management level.
High attention to detail.
Proven leadership coaching and development skills.
