My client are a growing organisation with a number of growing sites throughout the UK. Due to this growth they now have a need for an experienced HR Manager to support and help grow the business.
Reporting into the Operations Director you will be responsible for 5 sites and man-manage a small team. You will also be responsible for recruitment/selection and coaching members of staff.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this growing organisation in exciting times and who are looking for a strong character to help drive the business forward to the next level.
Ideal candidate will be CIPD or Degree qualified and be a proven HR Generalist. Any experience of working in a regional role within a retail or logistics environment will be highly desireable.
