My client, a leading international company is looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for a minimum of 18 months on a fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist looking to expand their experience into an operational and strategic environment. You will be involved in supporting several HR projects across Europe and provide HR support, counseling and advice to the business, to achieve the overall HR strategy plan. You will need to have knowledge of German employment law, TUPE/European HR and preferably speak fluent German. Some European travel is therefore required with this position.
Your duties will also involve:
•Identify and develop HR solutions to meet needs of the client areas
•Coordinating within the business to provide services i.e. Training, Leadership Development and Benefits and Compensation
•Develop Strategic-staffing plans for the site, provide consultation and ensure high level of excellence in delivery of staffing process.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Business partner with good project management skills, capable of working in a highly matrix environment and must be comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
