SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Summary:

Working for a large company in the Basingstoke area within an HR team of seven/eight this role will be responsible for the sales divisions.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Working with your Business Unit Managers to produce high level HR strategy
- To develop, organise and develop client groups to best use resources
- Work with Business Units and Senior HR team to assist in the delivery of company missions
- Coach and develop managers
- Assist with employee relations issues as and when required by Business Unit Managers
- Interview with appropriate managers on senior level roles
- Man-management of HR Business Partner
- Project work including; flexible benefits, talent management programme, TUPE etc

The successful candidate will have:

- Strong previous HR experience in generalist roles
- Experience of business partnering a sales team and working on commission plans, margins etc
- Man-management experience
- CIPD (ideally)

- Good relationship builder
- Proactive
