HR Business Partner - 18 month FTC
An experienced HR Practitioner is required for an 18 month fixed term contract for a large company with an excellent benefits package located in Basingstoke. The primary focus of the role will be to support the team of Senior HR Business Partners with a broad variety of HR issues and international project support.
Job Specification:
This is a generalist position, working effectively with key contacts both locally and globally to support the fast paced, expanding business. The individual will be supporting managers and employees with ER issues and offering advice on employment law queries. They will also assist with performance management issues and development plans as well as succession planning. Strong working knowledge of talent sourcing and selection practices, as well as compensation and rewards would be beneficial. There will also be a selection of projects both on a local and international basis to get involved in.
Individual Specification:
- Strong generalist HR background
- Full CIPD qualification
- Experience working in a fast paced, medium-to-large organisation
- Change management experience including TUPE would be an advantage
