Job Description
Due to a period of restructure our Public Sector client now have a brand new requirement for a Human Services Business Partner. You could come from either a corporate or field-based HR background as there are opportunities in two different divisions of the Organisation. We guarantee you will enjoy the challenge of gaining an in-depth understanding of a diverse operation that aspires to be a genuinely high-performing, people-centred organisation. Positioning yourself as a true Business Partner, you will recognise, develop and communicate solutions that enable your key stakeholders to deliver their goals.
The ideal candidate for this post will be of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified, you must have experience of delivering the full generalist HR remit within a complex environment. You will have been part of managing change programme and successfully motivated and coached a team. Ideally, you will already have gained exposure to strategic HR practice, giving you the credibility to influence, engage and consult.
