HR Business Partner Lancashire Salary £35k - £38k
Our client a leading public sector organisation have an immediate requirement for a HR Business Partner to support the Associate Director of HR, OD and Workforce and key internal customers in the effective leadership and management of their staff. Ensuring all people management policies are in accordance with the HR strategies, people management values and HR policy and effectively support the strategies and operational outcome of the organisation.
MAIN DUTIES:
· Support the effective delivery of the organisations strategic and operational plans.
· Support and advice managers on the effective people management of their staff.
· Ensure HR Policies and processes are consistently and effectively implemented.
· Support the effective implementation of the Employee Relations Strategy
· Support the effective recruitment and deployment of staff.
· Act as Business Partner with senior management to develop HR interventions that complement business strategies on the organisation.
· Develop effective organisational structures which have the ability to link effectively with their respective service areas.
· Ensure that the organisation is staffed with competent individuals, capable of adding value through functional/technical contribution, as well as with effective interpersonal, business and leadership/change skills.
· Monitor the performance levels of the organisation and assist managers through the process of addressing performance issues.
· Implementation of change of HR initiatives that affect service areas.
· Ensure that optimum employment conditions (compensation, career, development and rewards and recognition) exist to provide an environment where excellent performance can be achieved.
You will need to be CIPD qualified with significant experience of working within a full generalist environment, experience of managing change programmes, previous experience of managing a team and able to demonstrate expertise in employee relations, staffing, leadership & organisational development and possess excellent influencing and coaching skills.
