In this exciting and challenging role you will act as a HR Business Partner to this company to support with all levels of employee relations as well as acting as a change agent to develop and influence a network of relationships to achieve business transformational goals. You will also provide Human Resources colleagues with developmental support and increase the value that Human Resources adds to the business. As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified as a minimum and have previous experience of building relationships and influencing all levels of management. You will be adept at operating at a senior level within a Global business and be seeking an opportunity where you can influence change within a large complex organisation who are seeking continuous improvement and dealing with rapid change. This leading Global Organisation has a requirement for an Interim HR Business Partner to provide maternity cover. The environment is friendly and fast-paced, but this is an opportunity not for the feint hearted, however the rewards and job satisfaction are unrivalled.
