A HR Business Partner is required to effectively support and work closely with senior managers in the business to address key Human Resource issues to enhance performance and efficiency. You will require a clear business focus and an understanding of operational and strategic issues and challenges in order to be able to influence and provide managers with good advice. The role will be required to take a lead in informing and developing managers on Human Resources policy and procedures and act as a role model and to develop and coach other Human Resources team members. You will be required to build relations with, influence and advise all levels of managers, you will need to prioritise their workload on a daily basis and will operate in an environment of managing a varied workload including cases which may be both complex and sensitive. You will require specialist skills and experience of Human Resources in large and complex organisations which are seeking continuous improvement and dealing with rapid change. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation. Our Client a rapidly expanding organisation has a requirement for a Human Resources Business Partner. With sites across the UK they are regarded as a leading force within their filed.
