As Human Resources Business Partner you will work in partnership with key managers to align HR activity to help meet their business needs. By being the focal point of contact for all hr issues you will ensure that their people resource is managed to maximum effectiveness and manage implementation of all people elements to the business strategy. You will be CIPD qualified with significant experience in a business partner role, a true generalist who has experience with dealing with trade unions and experienced in change programs, bonus schemes and delivering human resources workshops are also key. Influencing skills are important as you will be liaising with key managers. Also the ability to challenge the status quo whilst building and maintaining successful working relationships. Experience in Call centers and financial services would be advantageous. This large blue chip organisation focusing on the provision of mortgages, retail savings, current accounts and personal loans.
