Our client, a leading international academic organisation based in Central London, is recruiting an HR and Organisational Development Business Partner to join their team.

The Role:

A truly generalist HR role with a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.  The successful candidate will have managerial responsibility for 1 member of staff and will advise, coach and influence managers within their allocated client groups.  Other responsibilities include:

• Development - ensure all employees have equal opportunities for development
• Workforce Planning and Recruitment
• Employee Relations
• Manage HR/OD projects from inception to completion, ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.

Specialist responsibilities include being the lead on policy development, employee legislation and employee wellbeing.

The Candidate:

CIPD qualified with strong evidence on:

• coaching and influencing managers on handling difficult and sensitive employee situations, providing tactical solutions to achieve business goals.
• Employee relations
• Strong recruitment experience
• Implementing organisational development and business improvement
