HR BUSINESS PARTNER £40-52K, dependent on experience
Villlage Vet are an exciting, forward thinking veterinary group at the forefront of animal care in the UK
With 150 people, 14 practices and 2 hospitals, the Group is in a period of growth and acquisition, and we are now
looking for an exceptional HR professional to play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and growth of the business.
The HR business partner will work closely with all practices, vets, nurses, reception and support staff, offering guidance, support,
training and development for the line managers and business partners.
You should be a high achiever, preferably a Chartered MCIPD - someone who is driven to work to the highest standards at all times, whilst maintaining a warm and approachable personality. In return, this role will offer you an exceptional opportunity to work in an caring, exciting, innovative environment and to develop the HR strategy for this premium Group.
