A 6 month interim role working for a Global Media Business. Working with the Head of HR, this role works directly with the business focusing on both Talent Management and Generalist HR. Based in Central London, you will play a key role in helping to define and shape the businesses talent management and development framework.
This is a truly unique opportunity to work across the business supporting creative, corporate and senior executive client groups. This role will suit a creative and proactive HR professional who is looking to add some measurable benefit to the business.
You will need to have a solid HR generalist background and will be of graduate calibre possessing a CIPD accreditation. You will demonstrate a pro-active, creative and innovative approach to your work, having ideally operated within a media, or fast paced environment.
To start in June, this role could progress beyond the initial 6 months.
