Leading telecommunications organization are looking for a true HR Business Partner to be a key member of the operational management team providing people expertise for HR planning and ensuring value added HR solutions are implemented into the business. This is a key role with both an operational and strategic remit.
Key deliverables are:
In return you will be an experienced HR professional preferably with a call centre background currently operating at Business Partner level within a blue chip mutli site organization. You must possess excellent communication, influencing and cross functional team working skills. Flexibility is also required as there is some regional travel involved in this role.
