A challenging opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to join a professional and challenging environment. The HR Business Partner along with the HR Manager will play a key role in shaping the direction and strategic priorities of the UK HR team. The position will be heavily field placed thus will require a candidate who is comfortable travelling. What are we looking for? - HR Generalist with a strong technical understanding and experience across a wide remit of HR issues including TUPE. - Experience of working with senior management teams on complex people and business issues, with the ability to influence their thinking and decisions effectively. - High business acumen and understanding of how different business functions operate. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrated coaching skills at all levels - Passion for people development, support and representation - Educated to degree level. - CIPD qualified desirable.
