A unique opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join a fast moving and exciting blue chip business which needs your contribution to facilitate its ongoing, significant change journey.

This role sits within progressive, friendly and committed HR function providing HR solutions to support business objectives, for the largest client group within the business which has a "high customer service orientation" combined with the challenges only a highly unionised environment can throw at you.

As well as having a generalist background across the full spectrum of HR issues, excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humour, you will possess the ability to drive performance, align HR to business objectives, have the gravitas to influence and coach at all levels and when the going gets tough, still have a smile on your face and the tenacity to deliver!

For candidates with the above and with leadership potential, career progression will be a certainty. Applicants need to be CIPD qualified (or TUPE experience equivalent), and have sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practise in relation to all aspects of the employment cycle.
