Our Client, a leading not-for-profit organisation are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide a comprehensive and responsive range of high quality HR services to a designated client base.
Working as part of a well-established HR team this HR Business Partner will develop excellent relationships with Directors and senior management. Taking on a partnership approach you will deliver best practice solutions to a range of HR matters including: local employee relations matters and complex cases work, change management, redundancy and redeployment, job evaluation and recruitment and retention.
To be successful in this role you will be CIPD qualified with strong employment law knowledge and a proven track record in providing customer focused HR solutions to clients.
