A city based law firm is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner. This top ten firm is highly regarded and has an international presence. Fully integrated and positioned within the business you will have the opportunity to build close working relationships and be heavily involed in the business as the firm goes through a period of change. As HR Business Partner you will be the primary contact for all HR services. Initially the role serves the support functions including marketing, finance, IT and HR. It will be essential that you quickly develop effective and productive relationships with key stake holders in the business. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building relationships in a HR Business Partner role in a commercial environment. You will have sound HR generalist skills including ER, performance management and management development. Reference - C-JPH-76981
