The culture is very relaxed and informal, but extremely fast-past and demanding. They never stand still. The HR Business Partner role is a very hands-on, operational HR generalist position. As a field based HR Business Partner you will be visiting stores, supporting and advising management across every aspect of HR. You will be supporting 60-120 stores on your area. An understanding and appreciation of multi-site businesses and their relative complexities is highly desirable. You will also need excellent knowledge of employment legislation and have supported volume recruitment needs. Initially a 12 month interim contract, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging opportunity within fashion retail.
