My client, a ground breaking international organisation, is seeking a HR Business Partner for one of its specialist business units. Reporting to the HR Director, you will have full responsibility for providing a proactive and best practice HR service to your business area. Key responsibilities will include: Implement HR initiatives across the business Recruitment and Selection Employee Relations Reward Performance management Employment legislation Succession planning Your natural communication skills, good influencing skills and ability to build excellent working relationships will be well utilised in this senior role, ideally you will also be highly commercially aware, with a robust manner and CIPD accreditation.
