Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a World Famous Charity in Central London. My client has a global presence and is fighting to prevent poverty and suffering. The purpose of the role is to realign the HR agenda with the overall business strategy by implementing a HR Business Partner function in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will provide generalist support and advice to the business and will specialise in one or more of the following areas - recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development and pay and benefits.
