Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, working for a market leader in their field, you will be responsible for a number of business units in the area. This is a generalist HR role, where you will be providing HR support to line managers and staff, as well as contributing to the implementation of the HR strategy within your business units. You will take a pro-active role in helping to drive the company strategic and operational agenda and get involved in talent management and ad-hoc project work. Part of a larger HR team, the successful candidate will have a strong generalist background with experience in talent management, L&D initiatives, change management and organisational effectiveness. Strong relationship builder, you will CIPD qualified. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivery, along with previous HR Business Partnering experience. fe-rs-76926
