Job Description

I am currently looking for an HR business partner to work at an NHS Trust based in the South East. This role will take on a challenging remit and will see you working along side client groups that in some cases maybe difficult . It will be a challenge to make sure that the department is on side and that the wider group are bought into HR. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional; it will allow you to take control of your client groups and add value to divisions as well as the projects that are currently running. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions to a high standard and with a focus on customer care . You will have a proven track record in people management and have the ability to deal with all levels of the business as this role will see you working predominantly with senior level managers and directors.
