Building on their growth and success, you will operate as a client relationship manager. You will provide a proactive generalist HR service to a diverse client group of c250 employees and contribute to the delivery of an effective people and HR strategy across the firm. Day to day this will include headcount planning, recruitment, employee relations as well as salary advice, You will also be expected to initiate and execute a number of change projects as the business continues to grow.

This is an acquisitive and entrepreneurial professional services firm, one of the fastest growing firms in their sector... This is a new role for a professional who will help them develop their HR capability. To excel, you will have a proven generalist HR background ideally in a professional services firm. You will need to demonstrate commercial judgement and have excellent client relationship management skills. You will also have the ability to drive execution and build credibility at a senior management level.
