I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a Global Technology Provider in West London. My client is changing its strategic direction and HR is heavily involved in this process. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for an area of the business covering 200 employees. You will provide HR support to the various business leaders and become an expert in one of the following areas- Recruitment Selection Training Development UK Employment Law Talent Management Organisational Change Management Policies Procedures You will be the internal customer interface and point of contact for all HR related issues for managers and employees.
