HR Business Partner - to £90k

Our client is a leading global financial services provider currently enjoying a return to strong performances throughout 2010 to date. As such, retention of key staff and growth is very much on the agenda and due to an internal mobility, they are looking to drive the hiring of a business partner to play a key role in driving business performance across an infrastructure client base.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR for these areas, this role will take responsibility for client bases across EMEA and become the senior adviser on the full spectrum of HR initiatives. As well as advising and driving solutions around talent, succession, performance, ER and resourcing (you will retain hands on responsibility for these initiatives), you will also be tasked with forging first class relationships at the top end in order to drive to both the business and people agendas. With the markets turning, they are keen to hire people that can manage large scale and business critical OD projects which will allow the business to maximise their own performance. As such, you will have first class relationship management skills and have experience of working in large international environments. Previous regional and financial services experience will be a plus but not a necessity.
