My client is a market leading player in the worldwide logistics sector. They are currently restructuring the HR function to ensure HR are at the heart of the business My client prides itself on empowering professionals with the freedom and support needed to make a big impact. The Business Partner will achieve this by working within management teams across both the procurement and HR functions and will oversee everything from resourcing and talent development to people planning At all times you will identlfy, drive and champion improvement initiatives, foster a learning-focused culture and keep motivation sky high. You will need to be an exceptional communicator: someone who can influence the way people think at every level. Strong strategic planning abilities are also vital and youll be a seasoned professional with generalist experience, a proven track record of learning & development and relevant qualification. Above all, you must bring the ambition, imagination and sheer tenacity to shape a new vision of how HR and business can work more closely together.
