My client, an innovative global organisation, is seeking a HR Business Partner with real commercial focus and solid OD experience to join their talented team of HR professionals. Responsibilities will include: Develop a detailed Human Capital plan for the business, aligned to the Global Human Capital strategy Support the Business Leader to develop a 3-year manpower plan & ensure the business works within this to achieve its growth targets Ensure the calibre of new recruits is raised & in line with talent targets Facilitate the implementation of the Human Capital cycle to achieve a step change focus on performance & talent Embed best practice HR processes to ensure effective management of poor performance, senior inductions, etc. Assist in the development of the business transformation plan This is a superb opportunity to join an innovative, forward thinking organisation with huge opportunities for growth and professional development.
