Job Description

As an Interim Assistant Business Partner, you will be supporting the Business Partners in providing a professional HR advisory service to managers. You will be focusing specifically on employee relations, reward management, talent management, conditions of service, modernising HR systems and processes, diversity and work life balance. Ideally, you will:
Come from a generalist HR background with strong employee relations experience
Have experience of liaising with trade unions
Be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent experience
Be confident building relationships and working as a team
Have a good understanding of local government issues
Candidates with experience of SAP would be highly desirable My client is a local authority based in North London £17 - £18/hour Michael Page International is a world leading recruitment consultancy.
