This thriving and dynamic fashion and accessories retailer is looking for a HR professional to join there established HR team and be part of an innovative division. As a HR Business Partner you will be operating on the regional basis and be accountable for managing the recruitment and retention cycle. You will be the first port of call to the senior management team and support and advice the management team on HR policies and procedures. The suitable candidate would have HR multi-site experience with a strong retail HR background and the ability to operate both operationally and strategically. If you a strong communicator and possess generalist experience then this could be the role for you.
