REGIONAL BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER - £50k (South West)
Our client, an international brand, is seeking to recruit an HR Business partner with the skills and ability to work at a senior level with the Operations team, with the goal of building, engaging and developing a talented team of Operators. The successful individual will be a business person who wears a HR hat - as opposed to an HR purist with a one function perspective - encouraging entrepreneurial spirit, pace and dynamism.
The successful candidate will be intellectually able and demonstrate a strong career path; being already established in a fast paced and commercial environment and now hungry for a strategic role which offers opportunity to manage talent whilst developing team capability, creating engagement and drive the effectiveness of the organisation.
This is a regional role and you would also spend time in Head Office support centre, working cross functionally to develop relationships in all areas of the organisation, in addition to time in the field working with the key operators. It is crucial you have the ability and desire to work strategically, delivering strong commercial results through the business people and customer strategy at the right level.
The ideal candidate will be either part or CIPD qualified and have circa 4 years generalist experience, be educated to degree level and with clear ability to develop to the next role within 12 months or will have relevant experience. Experience of a remote field based HR role is desirable, located on the western regions with proximity to West London. Above all you will be highly ambitious and career focused with a strong sense of humour and upbeat positive personal style.
