This very successful and entrepreneurial high street telecommunications retailer has recently restructured their retail HR support function, and as a result has created a vacancy for a HR Business Partner for the London region. This is a senior and strategic role, and will involve the management of several high profile projects as well as partnering the London operational teams. Experience of managing employee engagement programs, organisational design and managing businesses through a process of change would be desirable. To be successful in this role you will need credibility and gravitas at a senior level, ideally gained through your broad and thorough exposure to HR within a retail environment. You will be able to detail the differences you have made to the businesses you have worked for, and will be an ambitious and innovative individual. This is a fast paced and constantly changing environment, and you will need to be adaptable and flexible in the way that you work. Although you will be joining the organisation in a Business Partner capacity, you will have operated previously at a more senior level and career progression would be expected within a 6-12 month period.
