I am currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work for a successful global manufacturing organisation based in South West London / Surrey. The successfuls candidate will be reporting to the HR Director and offering an advisory service to Senior Management and the HR Managers and will be essential in the decision making process for the organisation. Preferably the successful candidate will have experience working as a business partner. If not, my client would like to see someone with a demonstrable ability to align staff interests and business objectives. Canididates must: - Be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management - Think strategically - Have strong negotiation skills HR experience within manufacturing, engineering or another similar industry is desirable.
