Human Resources Business Partner£45,000 p.a
12 month contract
Darlington

Our client, a leading telecoms business, is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner supporting the Customer Services team. You’ll be a key member of the operational management team, providing people expertise for HR business planning, taking the HR lead on strategic change programmes and managing all areas of ongoing HR Support

This is not a standard HR generalist position; we need that unique individual that has the true business partner experience with commercial focus.
The ideal candidate will have:

•HR professional with CIPD qualification
•Change management and process improvement experience
•Strong project management skills and evidence of delivering solutions
•Experience of similar background ideally in a Customer Services or high volume environment
•Experience and understanding of Telecommunications / IT industry
•Strong relationship building skills and diplomacy
