Exclusive Human Resources are proud to introduce this exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner (Interim) to the North East market for a 12 month assignment. Youll be a key member of the operational management team, providing people expertise for HR business planning, taking the HR lead on strategic change programmes and managing all areas of ongoing HR support.
Your core activity will be identifying, developing and ensuring implementation of value added HR solutions and interventions based on a thorough commercial understanding. In addition, there will be the ongoing business as usual activities to manage and resolve HR performance issues on behalf of the client group as well as play a key role in coaching the client base on HR/people related issues.
Youll already be operating in a similar capacity at business partner level, youll probably be working a high volume environment and youll be used to working autonomously. Youll be an adept project manager with the ability to turn top level strategies into deliverable solutions.
