Exclusive Human Resources are proud to introduce this exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner (Interim) to the North East market for a 12 month assignment.  Youll be a key member of the operational management team, providing people expertise for HR business planning, taking the HR lead on strategic change programmes and managing all areas of ongoing HR support.

Your core activity will be identifying, developing and ensuring implementation of value added HR solutions and interventions based on a thorough commercial understanding.  In addition, there will be the ongoing business as usual activities to manage and resolve HR performance issues on behalf of the client group as well as play a key role in coaching the client base on HR/people related issues.

Youll already be operating in a similar capacity at business partner level, youll probably be working a high volume environment and youll be used to working autonomously.  Youll be an adept project manager with the ability to turn top level strategies into deliverable solutions.

Essential:

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• HR professional with CIPD qualification
• Change management and process improvement experience
• Strong project management skills and evidence of delivering solutions
• Experience of similar background ideally in a CS or high volume environment

Desirable:

It would also be great if you had some of these:

• Experience and understanding of Telecommunications / IT industry
• Strong relationship building skills and diplomacy

The Department

• The HR department objective is to implement the needs of the directorates in line with company strategy and objectives, which is delivered through the HR model structure and the wider network.
• Preferably with customer service experience, call centre, large complex organisations. Strong stakeholder management. Fast paced fluid environment, i.e. technology.
• Must be working currently as a Business Partner.
• Proven experience at this level.
• 70/80% projects, on mapping people strategy, mapping relevant policies, change management. More than just BP role.
