HR Business Partner

Here is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional HR professional with strong HR business partnering skills to join this highly influential public organisation.

As an HR Business Partner in this newly created role, you will be working with directors and senior managers to design and deliver a range of innovative and business aligned HR interventions that will engage, nurture and develop, optimise performance and ultimately transform the culture of a busy and demanding client group.

You will be a qualified HR professional with proven HR experience gained in a complex, demanding and unionised environment environment. You will also require significant knowledge of UK employment legislation in order to deal with complex employee relations issues, be experienced in producing HR policies and procedures and demonstrate first class, communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
