We have a 100% true Business Partner position available within high performing and forward thinking organisation.
Leaving transactional and operational HR duties behind, this role will see you delivering strategic advice and guidance to your clients in a solutions focused manner. You will have high level involvement in projects, both local and corporate, and be a source of expertise on change management and service planning.
You will either be a Senior Adviser or Manager, able to work autonomously, manage your own workload and prioritise. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of working closely with your clients to build HR elements into service plans. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can build strong working relationships with your client base. Experience within large, complex, unionised environments is highly desirable.
This is a challenging role and you will be suitably rewarded with a good package and a firm commitment to learning and development.
