My client is one of the biggest companies in Europe. Moving from strength to strength they are looking for an experienced business partner to head up a division of their business.
Candidates should be commercially minded, innovative and have a background in an organisation that deals with high volumes of individuals. TUPE, Union, Multisite ER and European experience would be ideal. A CIPD qualification is essential.
This company is absolutely unique in every way. A market leader and growing rapidly, this positon would include transactional work at first but move towards mainly strategic work.
