An excellent opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner to cover the North West and the West Midlands with the NHS. This is a highly exciting time to be joining due to the restructuring that is taken place, and particularly with this area of the NHS adopting a HR Business Partner model. A successful applicant will be expected to cover a regional remit, it is felt that you will be home based. Percentage between travel and working from home will be 60% - 40% respectively. Candidates must be CIPD accredited and ideally have experience of working in the NHS / Public Sector environment. Employee Relations Change Management TUPE Policies and Procedures Training & Development Salary is between £37,000 and £44,000 plus lease vehicle, laptop and blackberry.
