Our client an animal practice with surgeries in Brookmans Park, Ealing, East Finchley, Hampstead, Highgate, Maida Vale, Potters Bar and Southgate seek a HR Business Partner to Implement HR functionalities across a client base of 140 surgeries throughout North London and Cambridgeshire.
You will manage and drive HR projects; as well as manage the Human Resources Officer and Personal Assistant to Managing Director. You will be responsible for the development and review of HR policies, procedures and guidelines and manage the compensation and bonus reviews.
You will also get involved in Headcount reporting, dissemination and turnover reporting; as well as being solely responsible for all recruitment of professional and administrative staff; and booking of locums;
There is also an element of co-ordinating the training and development for all staff; providing HR consultancy on change management initiatives; and managing all disciplinary investigations/hearings/grievances/dismissals/sickness absence/disputes and performance management.
As a HR business partner, you will work closely with all practices, and all of their key stakeholders and business partners
