Job Description
This is an exciting and challenging EMEA HR Business Partner role to assist the business leaders in meeting the key objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources. You will collaborate with the key stakeholders and proactively identify areas where HR can add value as well as leading the solutions and support of organisational performance.
You will become an active and influential player enabling the effective diagnosis of business issues, strategies and goals turning these into people plans.
You will be able to quickly identify and develop client responsive and cost effective solutions using a range of techniques to ensure the delivery of a high quality HR service. By collaboratively working with the other HR Business Partners and HR specialists to develop all areas of HR from Employee relations to culture change and leadership.
A key focus of this role will be your ability to coach, mentor and motivate managers, drive and raise performance and measuring success of the HR solutions and services. You will be responsible for setting practical goals and objectives to support colleagues and mange their performance and improving their capabilities.
To become the successful applicant for this EMEA HR Business Partner role you will be able to clearly demonstrate and give examples for the following:
• Prior exposure to a blue chip multinational business in the professional services arena.
• You will be a pragmatic HR professional with a pro active approach and able to influence senior management.
• You will be able to demonstrate your breadth of HR knowledge and business acumen and support to executive client groups.
• A proven track record of project management including the coordination of multiple internal and external resources.
• Able to influence organisational change and employee engagement.
• Graduate calibre with a strong generalist track record in complex dispersed business models.
• CIPD and second European Language are desirable.
