Job Description
This role will offer a great degree of autonomy and as HR business partner to a growing business this generalist role will provide varied ER support. This role will be very operational and influential in guiding managers in a fast paced environment where the ER issues will include complex problems and change management. The ability to build very effective relationships at all levels will be fundamental to success in the business and employee engagement and training and development are high on the agenda.
This role will centre around building effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and will require a dedicated HR professional with strong all round knowledge to support the management team at head office in Berkshire.
To be the successful candidate you will be able to display the following:
Excellent knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
The ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of staff.
Exposure to senior level ER issues in a complex environment.
First class negotiation skills.
The proven ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
Very effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Exposure to change management, coaching and guidance with stake holders.
A leading business in the Pharmaceutical industry based in a Berkshire location.
