Job Description
This is a strategic business partnering role concentrating on change management and leadership development. As a key part of of the HR function for the UK this role will report in to the HR Director and support one or more specific business units to deliver the integrated HR plan. The focus will be around helping the people and business to realise their potential and driving the talent and business success.
You will be responsible for development and execution of a tailored HR plan to include talent management, people reviews and organisational capabilities. The delivery of a consistent and effective HR function will become a large part of this role within the HR business partner team.
To become the successful HR Business Partner you will effectively display the following skills:
A broad spectrum of HR and Business experience.
A focus on HR driven business results.
A proven track record in managing organisational change.
Business partnering at senior level.
The management of project teams.
Top Blue Chip corporate experience, preferably within the high tech or professional services sector.
A passion and enthusiasm for complex change and management skills and the ability to adapt and improve continuously.
A leading globalsoftware business with a UK base in Berkshire.
c.£55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits
