Combining a blend of internal consultancy with personal hands on' delivery your focus will be on recruitment and organisational capability, reward, employee engagement and leadership development.
Above all, your intellect, commercial acumen, broad generalist expertise and emotional intelligence will underpin the outstanding relationship building and influencing skills required to effectively manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across a complex and changing global matrix.
