A great opportunity to join a fast paced retail business within an established HR team, this Regional Business Partner role will be providing direct HR support to the Regional Business Management team. Working closely with the Regional Business Managers and Store Managers, you will be providing operational and strategic HR guidance and support to a number of stores across your region whilst basing yourself at the store nearest your home. Key responsibilities will include: - Advising and coaching on policies and procedures and driving compliance. - Recruitment - advise on recruitment processes and procedures and develop campaigns - Support management with performance management - Performance management - monitoring of performance and HR metrics - Employee relations - Reward and incentives With a mixture of Field and Home based work, this role requires a candidate with a strong generalist background, who can influence Store Managers and who knows how to prioritise and run a region. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR Generalist and previous retail experience will be an advantage. The suitable candidate will be CIPD qualified (or at least part-qualified) with a strong understanding of employment law and proven employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex ER cases, and influence at all levels. This role will be covering a large sales geographical workforce so there is travel involved and a company car can be is provided.
