Job Description
As an HR professional who can take responsibility for managing and implementing generalist HR across a European remit you will report in to the EMEA HR Director. The main focus for this Senior HR Business Partner will be the responsibility for organisational and management advice together with the support of various HR projects. You will be able to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements and guidance to the European associates. You will contribute to the organisational goals and company objectives through creative HR and influencing long range objectives will be highon the agenda.
You will deliver a collaborativeapproach with internal and external parties and interact at all levels regarding the full spectrum of generalist HRissues.This is an influential role and will be fundamental to the continued development of this fast growing business. The business is driven from the US and has very exciting growth plans for the next few years which creates a clear route for progression in this Senior HR Business Partner role.
To become the successful Senior HR Business Partner you will able to clearly demonstrate the following points:
• Excellent understanding for a customer focussed business.
• First class communication skills in all forms and the ability to build very strong relationships quickly.
• Proven operational HR experience at senior level.
• Good Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector is desired but not essential.
• A talent for management responsibility and proven exposure to project management.
• CIPD qualified or higher.
• Attentive todetail, creative and able to operate in a changing fast paced environment.
